Well, going to bed at 12.30 might not have been the best idea. It did lift my mood, though.
I got up around seven and ran into the boy. We talked a bit which was nice but made me late. I wrote morning pages and skipped yoga and meditation yet again. Boo.
Ate breakfast and talked with my husband. This was the conversation where we settled some of the stuff that boiled up the day before.
I was feeling slow again, so everything took just a bit longer than normal. Though at this point slow might be my new normal. We’ll see. I did the usual morning things, listened to some Monteverdi (not as good as I expected), did Duolingo and the dishes. Oh, and before breakfast my husband showed up with a computer problem he needed help with.
I had hoped to exercise and open the manuscript but the only thing I did was write an email to the clinic. No idea if that email address is even monitored. We’ll see.
I went out in the bright sun to get yogurt for the next two weeks or so, came back home, ordered takeout and went out again to pick that up:
I had spring rolls as well but was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture. More conversation with husband, then a short break and teaching. I spent most of my first lesson trying to find the lead sheet for „Wonderwall“. Didn’t find it but my husband had a copy, so that’s good.
I had a one hour break in between that I used to play the piano for the first time in ages and eat dinner. Taught my last student, talked some more with my husband, sat down, ate crackers and looked at social media for more than an hour, started writing this post, did Duolingo again, did the dishes, took a shower, watched C-drama and went to bed.
Today will be extra busy Thursday again. This will be a well-earned Easter break.
