I woke up early and did most of my morning routine. I hope that set the right tone for the week. The boy had to leave the house for school and was almost on time.
Before I could go running I had to mend a pair of leggings and I ended up mending all the leggings and one dress that had been sitting on the kitchen bench for months:
My husband and I got talking about the covid vaccination and I realized that I could just register us. It will be a long time until it will be our turn, for now not even my mother-in-law has gotten an appointment and she is already 85 but registering won’t hurt anyone.
When I wanted to go running the app on my phone was acting up, I had to restart the phone and log into the app again. Only after I was already outside in the midst of training did I realize that all my settings had changed back to default. Still. Running 3k was fun, the weather was warm and sunny and nice:

Then I did the dishes, took a break, taught all the students, had dinner, watched an episode of „The King’s Avatar“, did not start the next episode, set a timer to go on Twitter (very sensible) and then ignored the timer and the clock and the alarm telling me it’s time to get ready for bed. Typical evening where I’m too tired to get ready for bed.
I started writing this post, wrote in my journal and went to bed.
Today is Tuesday which means going to the health food store, teaching and maybe even some writing. A few bodyweight exercises would be a great idea as well.
