I only got 7 hours of sleep yet again, in bed by 11.30, wide awake at 6.30.
At one point in the day I felt so tired that I might have fallen asleep sitting up.
I will have to make sure that I don‘t fall asleep on the train later today.
The retreat is going very well, and I might have the beginning of an answer to one of the big things I have been thinking about. Sorry for being so ominous but it‘s mostly to do with how much to do is actually enough and how much energy to spend and if I could do better or not.
Lunch at the hotel was very good again, tomato soup, bratwurst, Saumagen, sauerkraut and potatoes and a rather nice warm chocolate cake with lemon sorbet for dessert. Of course I only took a picture of the main course:

Then more workshop stuff and we also visited the craft fair that was held on the castle grounds. Did I mention the hotel is a castle?
For dinner I had planned to get a bag of potato chips and eat those in my room but someone said they had made a reservation at a nearby restaurant and so I went there and got dumplings in mushroom cream sauce:

And then we went back to the hotel, I started writing this post, read a bit and went to sleep.
Today will be breakfast, packing, checking out of the hotel, more workshop, the last lunch with all the other writers, maybe some more time at that fair and then I‘ll make my way back home changing trains a lot.
I‘ll arrive around the time that I usually should get ready for bed so that will be fun, and then it will be back to normal.
