That’s the kind of tired I was.
So due to returning home way later than expected I did not get adequate sleep at all and spent most of the day in a foggy daze.
I skipped my morning routine (but did yoga), told my husband all about my evening out while crocheting, did a few dishes but was so out of it that I let the washed dishes sit there unattended for half an hour or so, and then walked to the nearby supermarket. My husband called me right as I was in the middle of self check-out to ask me to add soy sauce to the list. So I finished paying and packing everything away, turned around and bought some more stuff.
I helped a little with chopping things for lunch and then there was stir-fry:

Those noodles had sat for too long after cooking, hence the sogginess.
After lunch I read a bit and played a bit of Genshin Impact, was almost late for my first lesson but then the student didn’t show. The second student had canceled but the rest all came and teaching was lovely if a bit unfocused, ahem.
The plan had been to do bodyweight training in the evening but it turned out that I was very, very tired, and at the stage where I probably shouldn’t lug heavy things around, including my own body. You know the stage, the one where you move as if drunk even though you’re sober. But then that might just be me with my vertigo that gets worse when I’m tired.
The boy and I talked, I ate coated peanuts and chocolate for dinner (why yes, exhaustion weakens executive function, thanks), he helped me to level my characters and their weapons up, then I fell into a Chinese app-shaped hole, started writing this post, made a list for today and put the extra bread in the freezer before finally getting ready for bed.
Today is cleaning day, and changing the sheets day and bodyweight training and then the weekend.
