And I only managed like half my list but I am pretty happy about the result anyway.
I was slow and late in the morning and decided to skip the morning routine yet again. Had a nice breakfast with my husband with a conversation about Santana. I finally managed to pick up the stitches for the first sleeve on the striped cardigan:

The construction is rather interesting, you pick up stitches all the way around and then start knitting short rows at the top until a certain point where you start knitting around and around. The part you’re looking at is where three sets of short rows meet each other and that does weird things to the stripes.
I called my mother, folded all the laundry and helped a tiny bit with cooking:

Plating is not my husband’s specialty, sorry.
I took a pretty long break after that, then talked with the boy a bit and did the dishes while he was eating lunch and my husband came in and helped with that to avoid deep cleaning the annex bathroom. Which was the task he had set for himself that day but he needed a break.
After that I ate some crackers and procrastinated a bit more before finally sitting down and watching a video about current trends in book covers. I got through half of the two-hour video before it was time for strength training.
The I ate dinner while reading, started writing this post, did Duolingo, quickly planned the week and watched some C-drama before going to bed. Oh, and I did the foot exercises for once.
The plan for today is to bike to a beer garden through the heat. We invited the boy to come along but he didn’t want to.
