Well, at least not much.
I woke up at 5.45 to wave goodbye to my husband, then woke up the boy at 6, helped with breakfast, then with printing out handouts and then went back to bed and read.
And that was mostly it for the day.
I did eventually get up and have breakfast, I watered some plants, I made myself frozen pizza:
I went out and bought chocolate and potato chips.
I read some more and waited for news from the boy and his presentation and from my husband, I wrote a few texts and read even more.
Then I taught one student, finally heard from my husband that everything had gone well and they had safely arrived, talked briefly with the boy whose presentation went alright, ate a bag of potato chips and half a pint of ice cream for dinner while reading, started writing this post, did Duolingo, the dishes and my foot exercises, watched some C-drama, made a list for today and went to bed.
I’ll just call this my day off for the week.
I am at that point again where I keep thinking maybe changing my planning method would be helpful but I probably just need to go back to actually doing the things that make me feel better.
So, new day, new try!
