So I went to bed at 11 again which seems to be a new normal. Unfortunately, that is still too late for me to get adequate sleep. I woke up and decided right away that picking up my phone would be a great idea. I skipped my complete morning routine, every single part.
I thought I could instead eat breakfast alone, in peace and I did. And right after my husband showed up, we had another misunderstanding, and there went our morning.
Because of that I decided to move my weekly supermarket run to today, and then went out to finally pick up my favorite black tea.
I walked back home via the health food store because I felt my emotional state demanded chocolate, licorice and potato chips in addition to the tea.
Meanwhile my husband made lunch:
The package I had been waiting for for weeks now, finally arrived. I had ordered a set of tarot cards in Mid-March, they had been sent weeks ago, the package arrived today:
There was tape on it that said it had been re-sealed. This is not a set of tarot cards but a deck of Uno instead. If I had wanted Uno cards I could have gotten them just down the street.
So now I need to send those back, and figure out where I can get the cards I wanted. I ordered them from Amazon again, only to see that this time they’re not coming from the UK but from China instead. Who knows, maybe that will be faster.
I had a vague idea that I could start the weekly cleaning before my first student but, nope. I did talk with the boy a bit, though. I taught my first student of the day, then answered some texts, spent some time with the WordPress theme course, taught my second student of the day, met the boy for bodyweight training, talked briefly with my husband, ate 2/3 of a bag of potato chips and some licorice, talked with the boy some more, assisted him in changing a battery in a thermometer and hygrometer, tried helping him to find a fresh pair of pajamas (we really need to do laundry again), started writing this post, did Duolingo, my foot exercises, watched some C-drama and went to bed.
And yes, today I will, of course, do all the things. Supermarket, cleaning and teaching.
