So, yesterday went well overall, a little busy. There was a supermarket run plus errands plus teaching. Even though I ended up only seeing half as many students as I thought before.
I also spent a lot of time reading „Guardian: Zhen Hun“ book 1 by priest. And yes, I started reading the second in the series right away.
There was food:
And, once again, I realized that I a) really don’t care for guanciale, at least not the variety we managed to buy here, and especially not when it’s burnt, b) also don’t care for emulsified eggs that have not been cooked solid, and c) also don’t care for food that is that fat.
I left the plate half full and then proceeded to eat a package of coated peanuts and crisp snack things. The whole family decided that we aren’t really that keen on original spaghetti carbonara after all.
And now I have to run, hopefully I’ll write more tomorrow.
