And sore, both from yoga and walking up and down a hill for an hour. I’m really badly out of shape. No surprise after basically no exercise for more than a year.
I did not set an alarm after going to bed on time but forgot about my medication alarm. But I already told you that. I tackled the dishes and walked to the health food store and everything took way longer than usual. Also, I had to really focus to walk in a straight line.
I decided not to go to the tea shop for the boy’s tea, I think he should do that himself.
When I came back I helped with making lunch again, husband was all over the place, as usual. Lunch was okay, there are some things that could be improved, for sure:
I talked with my husband, then I talked with the boy a bit and then mostly sat around trying to figure out if I wanted to take the shower before or after teaching. I decided to do it after, did the dishes, ate a very early dinner, did my singing warm-up, looked at the song my student wanted to learn, taught the lesson, sat around for a bit because I was exhausted and played some Merge Mansion, sat myself down in front of TV with a bag of potato chips and a beer, valiantly made myself stop just before the last episode of the current K-drama, waited for the boy to finish his shower and went to bed.
Today I’m feeling better. Now I’ll do the dishes, brush my teeth and pack my bag for our annual hike to the Andechs monastery. I hope I’ll be up to it. I don’t think I’ll do anything else after.
