Of course!
I actually went to bed at a reasonable time and slept well. Was very determined to do my complete morning routine and then – just didn’t.
I did figure out what that weird headache without pain is that I’ve been complaining about for years and years. You see, I thought it might be a migraine but migraines are usually only on one side and with stabbing pain. Mine are usually feeling like someone is pressing down on my brain from above and as if everything is just slightly too loud and too bright and as if my field of vision gets a bit smaller, only it doesn’t really, it just feels that way. As if I am wearing blinders. And normally it feels as if I have a headache but there is no pain.
Well. Yesterday I woke up with the kind of tension headache where it hurts every time you move your head. All the other symptoms were the same as usual. Duh.
I took an ibuprofen in the morning and it might have helped a little but I’m not sure. Then I did a bit of research and I might go and buy some different kind of painkiller (ASS, paracetamol and caffeine in one pill) later.
Husband and I tried making breakfast at the same time which resulted in us both being angry, we ate, I knitted a bit, I wrote my daily post and finally made a list for the day. For the first time since Thursday.
I called my mother on the phone, did the breakfast dishes, folded laundry and hung up the next load, helped with cooking and then we sat down to eat lunch, all three of us together in harmony:
I took a long, long break, talked with the boy twice, finally did the lunch dishes at 5 and then sat down to plan the week and the month. Still headache-y, I might add.
I ate dinner, watched something on TV and went to bed hoping for better luck today.
The plan is to bike to a beer garden for lunch, so I hope the weather will be nice enough for that.
