I went to bed too late again and therefore did not get enough sleep. Story of my life.
I still managed to do most of my morning routine including a pretty hard ten minutes of yoga before breakfast. There was breakfast and a little knitting but not much.
I did all the usual morning things and then decided that I felt well enough to try some very short running intervals in my walking session. I did tape my feet and wore the orthotics and the cushioned shoes. I felt very good while doing it and only a little sore after, I’ll keep experimenting, I guess.

I came back home, took a shower and ate lunch with my husband:
I only took a short break before my first student, then taught two more students and the next three all canceled. One after the other in that slightly irritating way where you keep waiting and then someone texts you ten minutes after the lesson was supposed to start.
The good thing is that I just sat down in front of my bigger monitor and watched a Publishing course. Very motivating and I have a fresh game plan. I’m counting it as progress.
I ate dinner then watched some more videos before my last student of the day. I taught almost until 8, then started researching how to play „Who“ by Jimin on guitar. So far I haven’t seen anything that has the exact chords you can see in the acoustic version but there was one that came close. I might have to spend an hour or so peering at the guitar player in the video while trying things out. Or I might ask my husband to help me.
I started writing this post, briefly saw the boy, did the dishes, watched some C-drama and went to bed.
Today is grocery shopping day.
