I didn’t get enough sleep yet again. Yes, it’s dumb. Sleep revenge procrastination is real.
I also skipped my complete morning routine because I wanted to have some quiet time for myself. Which is a bit weird because journaling, yoga and meditation should count as quiet time for myself.
There was breakfast and talking with my husband, the phone call with my mother that was actually quite nice. Then I vacuumed the annex while my husband was cooking a really nice meal:
I spent about two hours playing idle games on my iPad after that, interspersed with reading until I finally vacuumed the rest of the house, cleaned the washbasin and toilet in the old bathroom and declared cleaning the house done. Oh, and did the dishes and somewhere in between hung up two loads of laundry.
I made my list of goals for the month and planned the week, went on social media for too long, had another conflict with my husband, ate dinner, started writing this post, finally played „Breath of the Wild“ for a bit, did Duolingo and watched some C-drama. I had been looking forward to the video game all week, I really didn’t want to skip that again.
Today I will do the health food store run because I don’t have time tomorrow and teach all the students.
