I did not get quite enough sleep but was feeling better in the morning. Wrote morning pages, even, but then decided against yoga. When I’m no longer sick it will take ages to build my exercise habit back, I can already feel it.
Husband was in a bad mood only came over for breakfast very late. I think getting back to teaching will do him good. He needs to be around people way more than me and with me not being able to talk I think he has been lonely.
I did everything very slowly again with a lot of reading and scrolling through social media and playing games on my iPad all day. I did do another covid test in the morning because I had forgotten that I had wanted to take another one around Wednesday. This one was negative as well, hurray!
We had chicken, rice and veggies for lunch:
A long conversation with my husband over food while I felt my energy flagging and my voice getting fainter. So I took a long break, then decalcified the electric kettle, changed the BRITA filter and did the dishes. I actually ate dinner at 5.30 because I was already hungry and tired then, sat around playing more games, watched all the C-drama, talked briefly with the boy, finally planned the week and made a list for today.

The sweater loos nice but I have a feeling the neck opening is wider than my husband will like. But then I can maybe just make the neckband wider. It’s always hard to judge the fit while the knitting is still in progress.
I went to bed at a reasonable time.
Today there will be a shower and all the teaching. I’m hoping my voice will be up to it.
