I woke up at six, got up right away, did not pick up my phone for a change, did yoga, meditated and spent 25 minutes on the novel!
Then I promptly thawed blueberries for both my husband’s and my muesli. On a Thursday. My husband eats muesli on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Not Thursdays.
So yeah, I’m all serene and calm here.
I crocheted a bit, I read a bit, I talked with my husband and also a little with the boy, I did some housework and then I went running to make up for the run I missed on Monday:
It was wet and cold.
There weren’t all that many people out there, I wonder why.
When I came back home the chicken was already in the oven. Unfortunately, that chicken turned out to be so big that it took twice as long as we had thought. Which meant lunch was late by thirty minutes and we were super-hungry.
And then I taught all afternoon. And in between I wrote emails about teaching. Online teaching went mostly well but I’ll be happy to teach in person again next week.
Then I had dinner, started writing this post, read some more and dropped into bed.
Today there will be the cleaning of the house, some writing (I hope), the boy will get his second COVID-test and I’m only teaching three students. And then it will be the weekend. Where I will finally answer all the messages I got when I stopped the podcast and will start to organize the big virtual knitting meeting for my podcast listeners. And finish that novel that has been grating on my nerves for almost a year now.
