Let’s see. I went to bed half an hour late, slept well and woke up from the alarm. Felt a bit sluggish but started writing morning pages. Halfway in the boy showed up, we talked and I had to skip the rest of my morning routine. I had breakfast, talked with my husband, wrote my daily post and finished a pair of socks:
I did all the dishes and went to the pharmacy again, this time for vitamin D. Came back and finally tackled the bathtub. When I was halfway through lunch was ready (half an hour late) and we ate.
After that I ran out of energy. Sat around for forty minutes or so, unable to do anything. Unfortunately, that meant every single plate and fork was still sitting there, untouched, a couple of hours later because I needed to get teaching.
I taught most of the afternoon. I had had great plans to use my one-hour break for doing the dishes and writing email but instead I dealt with different emails, I had another one about the shoes I returned in June. And no, I don’t know the tracking number and I can’t find it anymore because that was 2 1/2 months ago. And the app I am using deletes such things after 21 days.
I taught my last student of the day.
The boy and I had agreed to do bodyweight training at 7. When I came to the kitchen around that time my husband was angrily doing the dishes. Because I had volunteered him to clean under the sink. And of course one can’t clean under the sink without doing the dishes first. Sure. But he didn’t like it because his energy wasn’t any better than mine.
So I helped him dry the dishes, then went off to finish cleaning the bathtub. The boy didn’t seem to mind that I was half an hour late, he was late as well.
We did bodyweight training and it was really hard. At one point I yanked on my upper arm too fast and had to stop the exercise after that. Also, my feet are back to full on pain which is lovely. Not.
Then I finally ate dinner at 8, debated if chips and a beer would make my life better, did a little Duolingo, watched an episode of C-drama while knitting on the new sock I had started that morning and went to bed.
I guess I better skip walking for exercise today. On the other hand, if I don’t go walking I might have time to move the grocery shopping from tomorrow (where I don’t have time because I have another doctor’s appointment) to today. Hm. Something to think about.
