Did get enough sleep again and slept pretty well. Less coughing means better sleep.
For the first time in a while I managed my complete morning routine including yoga, three minutes of meditation and taking my blood pressure. Which was really good. Again, sleeping well and leaving off the beer seems to make a difference. Funny that.
I also opened the manuscript and spent half an hour on book 3, did the dishes and such, went to the health food store, and still had time to take a break. Lunch was risotto:
My husband’s mood has lifted which makes a lot of difference.
Since I was feeling bette but not great I decided to cancel my singing student and another student asked to reschedule to Friday. So I had a light teaching day. I ate dinner at 5, taught the last student of the day and then decided to play the piano a bit for fun. Right now when teaching I always use the crappy keyboard and the students get the nice piano. I keep forgetting that playing the piano is something I like doing outside of work. So I pulled out some Chopin which was great.
Then I talked with my husband twice, started writing this post, made a list for today, did Duolingo and the dishes, watched some C-drama while knitting and went to bed.
The sweater is growing very slowly at the moment, at this rate it might take me two weeks until I finish the body and that is only if I continue knitting at the same pace. Feels endless but I bet it isn’t.
Today is another light teaching day including a potential new student. I already know the family so it won’t be that stressful. I also should do all the laundry, we’re running out of towels and underwear.
Yeah, I know, isn’t life exciting?
