The night was short because I didn’t want to go to sleep before the boy was home from meeting friends. He came back around midnight. And had to get out the house the next morning in time for the climbing gym at eight which meant breakfast before seven. Fun times!
I did do yoga, though. And not much else the rest of the day.
Breakfast was had by all in succession, dishes were washed and I walked to the supermarket. I bought cake and ice cream and some real food too. We had lunch early. My dear husband had done a load of laundry, cared for the garden and cooked minestrone:
Very tasty.
Then I taught all the students. And met a new on who will start lessons in the fall. And taught another student how to do stuff on the piano that I am only beginning to learn myself. That’s alright, though, because I’m way ahead of her and I learn a lot while teaching.
Then I ate the chocolates I had gotten from a student, started writing this post, finally did the lunch and dinner dishes and crashed.
Today there will be the cleaning of the house, the changing of the sheets, homemade pizza for lunch and probably dinner, the boy will get his report card, a pretty long afternoon of teaching and then – summer break.
We won’t talk about the two days I’ll be teaching next week, okay?
