Daily Journal – Day 219: All the exercise

April 20, 2018 by Susanne Leave a Comment

So that was a busy day yesterday.

Got interrupted by my husband while meditating in the morning, knitted some, went running, helped making lunch, and then I prepared and recorded the podcast.

Taught my students and did strength training. I have to confess that I didn’t finish all repeats of everything because I really wanted to eat dinner and I’d like to be able to use my arms at least a little tomorrow and the day after.

Had dinner, did all the dishes, made pizza dough for today and watched some Netflix instead of writing. I was pretty tired at that point. I need to make time for writing earlier in the day because clearly this isn’t working right now.

Went to bed on time at least. The timer on the wifi is still a good idea. I can still read for too long but at least I can’t do anything online after 9 pm.

Today there will be the cleaning of the house, and the making of the pizza. Then I’ll teach all the students, practice a little in between, and somewhere in there I have to cut the podcast, do show notes and take pictures of my projects so that I can publish it tomorrow.

I guess I’ll have a hard time fitting writing in there yet again.

I just put writing on my calendar for 8 am and 12.30. Wish me luck.
